Starting a return
The policy describes eligible returns within 7 days of delivery for items that are unused, unworn and unwashed, with original packaging and tags. Contact support@neemtres.com with your order number and reason for the request. Please read the policy for complete conditions before sending anything back.
Damaged or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact support@neemtres.com promptly with your order details and a photograph of the issue. A clear parcel-opening video is strongly recommended for claims; the Refund policy explains how requests are reviewed.
Refunds
Approved refunds are handled according to the current Refund policy. Do not rely on older store-credit or exchange wording on other pages; contact support if you need clarification for your order.
