How can I learn how a saree was made?
Check the individual product page for its stated material, technique, and care. Our collection names describe styles and traditions, not a guarantee that every piece uses the same loom or is made by the same artisan.
How do I assess a saree before buying?
Review its product description and images, and email support@neemtres.com if you need clarification about a particular piece. Do not infer a certification or origin that the listing does not state.

What payment methods do you accept?
Available payment methods are shown at checkout for your order and destination. If a method is not offered there, contact support@neemtres.com before placing the order.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email support@neemtres.com with your order number as soon as possible. Whether a change is possible depends on the order’s status; please do not rely on a guaranteed cancellation window.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Check the contact details you enter at checkout and your order confirmation for the information sent about your purchase. If you do not receive it, contact support with your order details.
Shipping
How long does delivery take?
Our current stated estimates are 1–2 business days for processing, 5–7 business days for delivery within India from dispatch, and 15–20 business days for international delivery from dispatch. These are estimates, not guarantees; check the Shipping policy for the latest terms and destination conditions.
Do you ship internationally?
Neem Tres offers international shipping. Available destinations and charges depend on checkout and the current Shipping policy; we cannot promise delivery to every country.
